BAYWORX provides key solution for Southeastern Railways, enabling real-time communication between station managers, engineers and passengers.

Utilizing Socialtext Connect, BAYWORX created a custom tool that translates XML data into threaded signal conversations inside the Southeastern Railways Socialtext workspaces.  This threaded discussion provided real-time updates on train status through all train lines, allowing passengers to get up-to-date informaiton on their train.

“The Socialtext API is by far the most robust and logical API we have developed against”  said Jeff Hill, President ofBAYWORX.  “This was a very fun problem to solve, and we were able to provide a very elegant solution by threading XML output from the station updates into threaded Socialtext signals, providing real-time rail updates to passengers”.
